Head FP&A and Data Analytics


The Head of FP&A & Data Analytics will be responsible for managing and developing a team of
10 high potentials (5 FTE FP&A and 5 FTE Data Analytics).


o End-to-end accountable for delivery of in-depth meaningful analysis of financial business performance to support fact-based and sound business decision making;

o Lead the execution of the Performance cycle (Strategy, Budget, Target setting, Monthly reporting, Forecasting);

o Drive conclusive analysis (no questions, but answers) in complex landscape;

o Monitor effectiveness of improvement initiatives and inform key stakeholders;

o Actively role in M&A and support in strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (business modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.);

o Translate variances in financial and non-financial KPIs into actions;

o Link and streamline end-to-end FP&A processes with A&IC, Data Analytics and Business Partnering teams and other functions;

o Accountable to drive & deliver on performance targets (quality, time and cost) by managing the team’s KPI’s and hold team members accountable for targets;

o Identify and act on new or innovative solutions;

o Proactively builds a network with Business Partners;

o Assure integrity of data at all times in a complicated data landscape;

o Present as required to MT and Board level meetings regarding FP&A/Data Analytics topics;

o Drive ambition towards the organization’s mission and vision, act as a coach and own the career development plans of team members;

o Recruit, manage and supervise the FP&A and Data Analytics team and ensures robust FP&A workforce management (knowledge management, competencies, coaching);

o Responsible for all resourcing processes, including staffing, effective succession planning, performance management and people development;

o Responsible for FP&A and Data Analytics budget and demonstrate cost awareness Build Data Science capabilities to help create data driven business models.
